the room itself was reasonably clean and spacious, i suppose.

I was quite disappointed with the room i received. plus, the promised airport transfer never materialized. I had to scramble to find a taxi, which wasn't exactly the relaxing start i needed (and frankly, had paid for).

I liked the fact that there were many snacks available in the room. Sweet tasting water was available and no plastic bottles were used. The room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the Jio centre.

I called for the baggage boy to collect my bags but he came without any trolley. He returned to get a trolley, it could carry only two bags so he wasted my time.

the room was a corner room at the end of the corridor and its circular shape. it was not the relaxing experience i had hoped for, and i felt a little let down by this aspect of my stay.

the housekeeping team was cooperative especially utkarsh. i found the room immaculate and well-organized upon entering. utkarsh's thoughtful gestures enhanced my stay. the breakfast was good.

i ordered a king fisher ultra at the bar it took the staff about 7 to 8 minutes to inform me they didn't have any stock. the happy hour menu had very little choice. the hotel advertised food and drink then charged taxes on top.
